Our Executive Coaching aims to maximize the potential of every coached leader by focusing and bringing in their leadership role their natural talents. Further on, it aims to make them aware and build strategies to manage their limiting mindsets or behaviours. Our coaching is contextual and focuses on the following three leadership tensions:

  • The tension between what the Leadership Role ought to achieve and what the Organization or Market allows.
  • The tension between what the Leadership Role demands and the inner experience of Individual in the Leadership Role.
  • The tension between what the Individual feels as part of a broader organizational and leadership team context.
