Petros Oratis


A seasoned executive coach, C-suite team coach, and organization development consultant, Petros partners with leaders and teams in the midst of transformation, uncertainty, and leadership transition to build qualities and skills for success. Through his background and strong convictions, Petros helps teams realize how intense career moments provide opportunities to tap into leadership skills, traits, and core values to overcome counter-productive patterns or situations.

Petros helps leaders and teams build personal and professional growth capacity that outweighs their organization’s challenges. Effectively blending playfulness and compassion with thought-provoking insightfulness, Petros creates a trusting, safe environment where leaders and teams can address pertinent details at the right moment, gain deep insights, and achieve effective transformation.

Petros draws upon over 15 years of coaching and consulting leadership roles in large multinational corporations where he gained perspective and context around boardroom dynamics, organizational complexity, and market pressures. Throughout his career, he has served as Organization Development consultant, Head of Team Performance Coaching, and Senior HR Director at Royal Philips; Head of Leadership Development at IKEA; and various HR and Change Management roles with Nike. His experience is further underpinned by post-doctoral studies in psycho-social and systems-psychodynamics, a deeper exploration into how personalities are triggered and influenced by context and situation.

While running his own practice, Petros met The Lateral Space co-founder, Warden, and the two teamed up with the ambition to help individuals and teams increase the leadership capacity for collaboration across boundaries to enable organizations to reach their fullest potential.
